Wildscope was built at the intersection of discipline, precision, and perspective.

My journey began in the United States Marine Corps as a technical engineering specialist in land surveying, where attention to detail and structure shaped the way I see the world. After my service, I continued in the field and later worked for the County of Orange, focusing on survey records, boundary research, and technical drafting.

Over time, the work moved indoors; further from the field and deeper behind a screen.

Outside of the office, I rediscovered that connection through wildlife photography and video. Becoming a father deepened that passion even more. Watching my son play sports and recognizing how quickly those moments pass made the camera more than a tool; it became a way to preserve meaning.

A recent retinal tear became a turning point.

At forty eight , I chose alignment over comfort.

Wildscope represents that new chapter; blending discipline, patience, and storytelling to capture youth sports, wildlife, and authentic community moments with intention and respect.
