1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Wildscope, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services Provided

Wildscope provides digital photography and videography services, including but not limited to:

• Youth sports photography

• Wildlife photography

• Community event coverage

• Digital image licensing

All products currently sold are digital downloads unless otherwise stated.

3. Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital image from Wildscope, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You MAY:

• Download and save the image

• Share on social media (with credit to Wildscope when possible)

• Print for personal use

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the image

• Use the image for commercial or advertising purposes without written permission

• Edit, alter, or remove watermarks before purchase

• Claim the work as your own

Commercial licensing requires a separate written agreement.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or Wix Payments). Wildscope does not store your payment details.

Full payment is required before digital files are delivered.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All digital sales are final.

• Refunds will not be issued once a file has been downloaded.

• If there is a technical issue with your file, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you.

6. Image Usage & Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of Wildscope, LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use may result in legal action.

Wildscope reserves the right to use images for:

• Portfolio display

• Website galleries

• Social media promotion

• Marketing materials

If you would like your image removed from promotional use, please contact us.

7. Event Photography Disclaimer

For public events, photography may occur without individual written consent where legally permitted. Private event coverage requires proper authorization and agreements.

8. Website Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate information. However, Wildscope does not guarantee that all website content is error-free or uninterrupted.

We reserve the right to:

• Update pricing

• Modify services

• Correct errors

• Remove content without notice

9. Limitation of Liability

Wildscope shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data after download

• Customer misuse of digital files

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
